Pre-Novice

Our Pre-Novice program is for athletes ages 5+ who want to build comfortability in the water and learn synchronized swimming fundamentals, but are not ready to commit to the full team yet. Athletes practice 1 hour on Saturdays for 8 weeks in a small group setting. At the conclusion of 8-weeks, athletes will be tested on skills and receive a recommendation to advance to the novice team or to complete another 8-week session.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years old

  • Swim a minimum of 25 yards unassisted​​

 

Cost: $250/8 week session

Anchor 3

Novice

The Novice program is designed for beginning athletes who are interested in incorporating their love of the water with dance, gymnastics, and performance. Athletes focus on the basics of artistic swimming such as eggbeater, sculling, and body positions that will culminate in a team routine. Novices practice 2 days per week and will participate in novice meets as well as our annual watershow.

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 6 years old

  • Swim a minimum of 25 yards unassisted

  • Be comfortable in deep water up to 8 feet and more

 

Novices practice: 

  • Tuesday: 6:30 - 8:15 pm

  • Saturday: 9:30 - 11 am

 

Cost: $300/month

Anchor 2

Intermediate

This program is for advancing athletes who love artistic swimming and want to improve their skill level, but might not be ready or able to make the full commitment required for the competitive team. These athletes practice 3 days per week (8-10 hours) and participate in local and regional competitions as well as our annual watershow.

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 8 years old

  • Pass Level 1 and 2 artistic swimming levels

  • Coach’s approval

 

Intermediates practice 3 times a week: 

  • Tuesday: 6:30 - 8:30 pm

  • Thursday: 6:30 - 8:30 pm

  • Saturday: 9:30 am - 12 pm

 

Cost: $400/month

Anchor 4

Age Group

This program is designed for athletes who are passionate about artistic swimming and want to go as far as they can in the sport. At this level, the athletic training and competition schedule is quite rigorous. Athletes develop strong bonds and friendships with their teammates and have a lot of fun together performing and practicing. Age group athletes practice 3-5 days per week and compete in local, regional and national meets. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Pass Level 1 and 2 artistic swimming levels

  • Coach’s approval

 

Age Group practices 3 times a week: 

  • Tuesday: 6:30 - 9 pm

  • Thursday: 6:30 - 9 pm

  • Saturday: 9 - 1 pm

 

Cost: $500/month*

 

*Age Group athletes are also required to purchase a gear pack for $500 in their first year of competing.
